Dear Friend,
By now you should be armed with enough information to make an informed decision about the direction you will choose for setting up your Ministry organization. Should you desire to establish your ministry as a Corporation Sole, then IMI would like to provide you with a custom structure that will be the legal anchor and foundation for your Ministry or Church for generations to come.
In every structure we create there is legal provision for:

| Encouragement of private retirement and prayer |
| Bible Reading and study of the Holy Scriptures |
| Eleemosynary Alms Receipt and Giving |
| Holy Mysteries and Sacraments |
| Twelve plus one colleges for study and worship; School of Ministry and cell groups |
| Establishment of Orders and/or Fellowships, Power to Ordain Ministers |
| Establishment of International Fellowship Missions |
| No authority to join or be Assimilated into any Episcopacy or Ecumenical Movements |
