My Mission Trip to the Philippines by Rev.

I Found the Philippines to be warm and sunny because of its people. They are a kind and gentle people, soft spoken partly because they are so shy. They have the gift of hospitality. They are beautiful people to look at.
Laoag is surrounded by mountains. I especially enjoyed going to the top of the mountains, as it was quite an adventure. I found the Philippines to be full of color and good food.
While I was there I preached and laid hands on the sick, and there were moments when the compassion of God came upon me in much power and was so overpowering that all I could do was weep. God so cares about those hurting.
I also enjoyed teaching in the Bible School and seeing some of the students receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. In one of the churches, I laid hands on an older lady who could not see out of her left eye. Well, God instantly healed her. She cried because she could see. To God be all the glory! Those with bone problems were healed as well as emotional healing. God is so good. He truly is love.
I found the pastors to be very young yet they have much courage to Pastor their churches. So please remember all the CMM Pastors in your prayers. God’s desire is for the Pastors to learn more about the person of the Holy Spirit. They need to be taught how to yield to the Holy Spirit so they can move in power; for God so desires to use these young Pastors in a greater measure. So I see the need for mature ministers to go to the Philippines and teach and train them, so the Holy Spirit will be free to move in and through them. I see there is much more work that needs to be done in the lives of these young Pastors. There is much work to be done in the Philippines. It is only in their knowing how to move in the Power of God that God will be able to use them in a greater measure. There are glorious days ahead, but it is those that know God and His Spirit that God will be able to use. God has made His power available to His people, but without the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues we will not be able to move in the power of operating in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Only after receiving the Baptism of the Holy Spirit do we receive our prayer language (tongues), but it’s only just the beginning. As a starting point and pressing forward in many hours of praying in their prayer tongue as we read in the scriptures Romans 8: 26-34 (MSG)
Rom 8:26 Meanwhile, the moment we get tired in the waiting, God's Spirit is right alongside helping us along. If we don't know how or what to pray, it doesn't matter. He does our praying in and for us, making prayer out of our wordless sighs, our aching groans.
Rom 8:27 He knows us far better than we know ourselves, knows our pregnant condition, and keeps us present before God.
Rom 8:28 That's why we can be so sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good.
Rom 8:29 God knew what he was doing from the very beginning. He decided from the outset to shape the lives of those who love him along the same lines as the life of his Son. The Son stands first in the line of humanity he restored. We see the original and intended shape of our lives there in him.
Rom 8:30 After God made that decision of what his children should be like, he followed it up by calling people by name. After he called them by name, he set them on a solid basis with himself. And then, after getting them established, he stayed with them to the end, gloriously completing what he had begun.
Rom 8:31 So, what do you think? With God on our side like this, how can we lose?
Rom 8:32 If God didn't hesitate to put everything on the line for us, embracing our condition and exposing himself to the worst by sending his own Son, is there anything else he wouldn't gladly and freely do for us?
Rom 8:33 And who would dare tangle with God by messing with one of God's chosen?
Rom 8:34 Who would dare even to point a finger? The One who died for us--who was raised to life for us!--is in the presence of God at this very moment sticking up for us.
Epesians 3:10 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
Notice that it says, “The power that worketh in us”. For the power of the Holy Spirit to work within us, we must be able to cooperate and yield to His power. Then truly we can be the ministers of Jesus Christ. We each must do what God directs us to do in Romans 8:26-28 and allow the Holy Spirit to pray in us, through us and for us. This can only be done after we have received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking with other tongues. Only by the power of God working within us is God able to do abundantly above all that we ask or think.
Yes! There are great days ahead for the churches I have visited in the Philippines. God is rising up mature ministers full of His Power, full of His Spirit. These shall be mature in knowing God as Father and mature in knowing the Holy Spirit, for it is the ministry of the Holy Spirit within God’s ministers that will move in the greater measure of power in these last days.
No time of training is ever wasted. Those that know how to wait upon God for His timing of moving in the ministry are those that have reached a place of knowing how to handle the power of the Holy Spirit in the days that are ahead of the church upon this earth. So be not anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplications let your requests be made known unto God with thanksgiving.
Let me say by the Spirit of God that only God knows when you are ready to handle the greater measure of power within your ministries. So we must allow God by His Spirit to will and work within us those things only he knows about to change us more and more into the Image of His Son Jesus Christ so that we may walk in His power and might. Praise and honor must always go to God. Humility is a mark of maturity as knowing how to wait upon the Lord. So, it is up to each one of us to yield our flesh and negative emotions over to God and allow Him to do the work within us. He is waiting for us to pray and fast. Pray according to Romans 8:26-28 and allow God to take you from glory to glory as brings about permanent changes within our souls (minds) and flesh.
So count the cost as you yield to God and His Holy Spirit. It is time to die of self in allowing God to reveal to you those things in your soul and flesh the He desires to change by the power of His Spirit working in you, as you pray.
God will have a people after His heart; A people full of His love and power, full of compassion, full of humility. A People who will flow in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Once again we must decrease that He will increase. So, the world will see Jesus, not a man or a woman; so we can say, “like Jesus, you see me you see the Father”. We can be like Jesus in his humanity, his love, his compassion and power as we walk upon this earth in the Glory of God. God desires an overflow of His Spirit flowing in and through his ministers. There are glorious days ahead! It is up to us, God is waiting!
