Brother Andrew DeDominicis is Founder, Pastor and Senior Chaplain of Impact Ministries International. IMI is a multi service ministry providing leadership, training, and expertise in the areas of: church planting, home cell groups, and formation of corporation sole ministry organizations. Brother Andrew has been doing ministry work for over twenty-five years.  His ministerial background includes that of being an accomplished musician/prophetic worshipper, pastor and teacher.  

God called brother Andrew at an early age to serve the Lord and to be obedient to the direction and leading of the Holy Spirit.  Having been healed of severe allergies and multiple learning and physical disabilities God has given brother Andrew a powerful testimony.  His life has been marked with the indelible hand of God's provision and sustaining grace.

The various ministries that brother Andrew has been involved with include being associate pastor in two small town churches in the eastern United States and pioneering a new church plant in south central Pennsylvania in the 90's.  Abundant Life Ministries became a thriving community center when it established ALM Food Bank and regularly serviced 250-300 families a week with food and general healthcare products. During this time brother Andrew was able to win many souls to the kingdom. As we approached the new millennium, God directed brother Andrew to release Abundant Life Ministries to another pastor and to relocate to Lexington, Kentucky. 

While in Kentucky, brother Andrew began to lay the foundation for Impact Ministries International while volunteering his time and services in a local Pentecostal  church.  After much prayer, legal study and preparation God launched him as an arrow releasing him further into his destiny.  In 2001 God directed Brother Andrew to be involved in a domestic mission project in New York. During this time he lawfully created and established Impact Ministries International. 

In January of 2002, brother Andrew, his wife and their four children moved to Charlotte, North Carolina to establish headquarters as the operation base for Impact Ministries International. Through their legal services department IMI has set up more than 100 ministries. Currently, brother Andrew is involved in setting up home cell groups all across America and overseas and participating in short term mission projects.  Additionally he is laying the groundwork for raising up IMI fellowships throughout the United States and overseas. 

In March of 2004, Brother Andrew/Impact Ministries International opened its doors to short term domestic mission projects both in Europe and Africa. Also at the same time launched IMI ministerial association for credentialing and ordination for recognized ministers of the Gospel. These two new aspects of our ministry will begin to set the course for fulfilling the destiny God has called us to pursue.
