2003

January 13-17: Word Explosion Conference - Elaine, Arkansas

July 12-15: Worship Conference - Elaine, Arkansas
During the month of July IMI traveled to Elaine Arkansas to join the Phil Brumley Band for a worship conference.  Phil and his ministry team did an awesome job.  They played several of their original songs, sung prophetically and led the attendants in affirming their faith in Jesus. At the end of the conference they prayed and ministered to those in need and provided free CD copies of some of the songs recorded on their upcoming Début CD.  I was privileged to join in with their worship team and played rhythm guitar.

Following the conference Saturday evening, we had a tremendous time of fellowship at the Pastors house with Brother Phil and his team. On Sunday Morning The Phil Brumley Band provided worship for our services. Again, they did an awesome job bringing the people into the presence of the Lord.  I had the privilege of bringing forth the message both Sunday Morning and Sunday evening. After Sunday Morning service there was a cover dish dinner provided for everyone in the fellowship hall of the church.  And what fellowship we had. After dinner, God had Pastor Dale and I ministered  prophetically to the PBB Team.  We had a time of releasing and affirming gifting(s) and speaking some very profound words that confirmed directions that the Lord was already providing to each one of the guys in the Phil Brumley Band.

I also was able to get some studio time in to make a new tape series entitled "whose voice is that" for our IMI Home Cell Groups. Closing out our meetings we traveled to Chicago, Illinois, Then Lexington, KY.  Updates can be found in our domestic mission page. Just click the up button on the left side of the web page.

July 16-18: Solomon Fellowship - Chicago, Illinois
On July 16-18 I met with Solomon Fellowship Overseer, Mr Alexander to share our vision of Impact Ministries International and discuss our international missions project goals for this upcoming year.  Additionally we had an excellent time of fellowship and prayer with he and his family.  We anticipate wonderful things happening in the very near future that will enable IMI to continue to develop and fulfill its mission plans overseas.

July 19-23: Housing Project - Lexington, Kentucky
From July 18- 23 IMI was involved in assisting Tsedek Ministries International in a roofing project for their parsonage. This was a project and a half.  Only the grace of God got us through it.  We roofed approximately 24 squares on some of the hottest days of the summer.  Every day was in the high 90"s and even hotter on the roof.  Good thing we had a lot of water to drink.  My two sons, Nathan and Zachary helped out on this project.  All in all it, turned out well.

August 10: House of Prayer -Great Falls, South Carolina
Great Falls, South Carolina   On August 10 Our IMI leadership team went to Great Falls South Carolina to visit Pastor Wayne and Evelyn Horn at "Great Falls House of Prayer" Mrs. Angeline Peo [IMI Missionary] brought the word for both services.  There was a time of prophetic ministry with healing and encouraging words spoken over several people in the congregation.  I brought my guitar and ministered with several spiritual songs.

The upshot of both meetings seemed to be God drawing his people closer and having more intimate fellowship with Him.  Secondly, there seem to be an emphasis on flowing with the Holy Spirit in every area of our life.

In between services, we went back to the Pastor's house and had a very fine home cooked meal and fellowshipped afterwards. We also had the opportunity to pray with the Pastor's brother who received the baptism in the Holy Spirit and the evidence of speaking with other tongues.

All in all, it was a wonderful day!

September 25-28: Van Hoys Farm - Union Grove, North Carolina
